Payment

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We charge the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to an agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees.

The amount is only charged to your card when the item is shipped.

 

Shipping

GLS and PostNord deliver to your home address or to a parcel shop.

We only deliver to addresses in Denmark, unless otherwise agreed with customer service.

Delivery time is within 1-3 business days.

During sales or other special events with high demand, longer waiting times should be expected.

Feed can only be picked up at the store in Sorø, Ringstedvej 48, 4180 Sorø

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to [info@drømmedyr.dk](mailto:info@drømmedyr.dk) or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.

 

Withdrawal of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
 

Returns

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be cancelled:

Feed, treats, flea remedies, and supplement products.

Condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value, and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and the way the item works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not, however, apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same means of payment as you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation of having returned it.

You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering the item personally to the above address.

Right to complain

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have a 24-month right to complain.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within "a reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember to also get a receipt for shipping, so we can refund your shipping costs.

Complaint procedure

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact [info@drømmedyr.dk](mailto:info@drømmedyr.dk). If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

In order to file a complaint, the item or service that you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints regarding clothes and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee for processing the complaint.

When you shop on an e-mærket webshop, you can have your case processed free of charge by e-mærket - regardless of the amount. Read more here.

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, [phone number](http://tlf.nr) and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary in order to deliver the item to you.

The personal data is registered with BundeWinther Aps and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
