Ultra Shield® Black

Effective fly spray for horses that protects against nuisance from stinging and biting insects such as flies, mosquitoes, horseflies, midges, botflies, ticks and fleas. The spray helps increase the horse’s comfort and can also soothe irritation from insect bites.

The formula contains aloe vera and lanolin, which condition the coat, as well as sun protection. The weather-resistant composition provides long-lasting effect – up to approx. 17 days under good conditions.

The product is developed for use under demanding conditions and can be used outdoors on all horses and ponies. Approved by the Danish Environmental Protection Agency and supplied with a Danish label.

Active ingredients: pyrethrin and permethrin.

⚠️ For use only on horses that are not intended for the food chain.

Doping:
Ultra Shield Black contains no substances listed on the FEI’s list of prohibited substances and can therefore be used for sport horses – including during competitions.

Use for mares and foals

  • Can be used for pregnant mares

  • Can be used for lactating mares (avoid the area around the udder)

  • Can be used for foals over 12 weeks

  • Must not be used for foals under 12 weeks
