Nordic MEGA Zinc is a palatable dietetic feed in pellets. It has a high content of zinc and trace elements.

Zinc is a trace element used in all of the horses cells and is especially necessary for the horses metabolism in connection with the conversion of fat, protein and carbohydrates. In addition, zinc contributes to maintaining healthy, strong bones as well as skin, coat and hooves.

Zinc protects the horses cells and Nordic MEGA Zinc contains active substances that support the immune system, are rich in antioxidants and vitaminsespecially vitamin Cand active substances that support liver function.

Furthermore, zinc is necessary for optimal absorption and utilisation of iron and vitamin A.

With correct feeding, the horse should not be deficient in zinc. If this is the case, the feeding plan should always be assessed, possibly with a forage analysis.
